  My husband and I were looking for a new dishwasher and were about to buy from coast appliances in Langley when a couple of neighbors both recommended I go to Lucky's before I make a decision. A couple of people from my work also recommended Lucky's too. Never heard of them before, but I live in Langley.
  I decided to go myself during my work lunch break. Walked around for a while, nobody greeted me for quite some time. Felt I was being ignored.
  Finally a guy helped me. Can't remember his name but he wasn't giving me his undivided attention. He was doing some work on his computer unrelated to what I was talking to him about, he would answer phone calls while I was talking to him and would only talk to me when I asked him a question and didn't really engage himself at all. I felt as though I was wasting his time. Not sure if this would have happened if my husband was with me.
  Bottom line we did end up buying from them ONLY because they could deliver much faster than Coast. The price was NOT better at Lucky's.
  I hated giving the business to Lucky's because I felt the service I received was not a good first impression, but I really needed the dishwasher quickly.
  We get the dishwasher in a few days so I hope it gets better from here.
